The Emergency First Aid at Work 7 Hour Level 3 for Rugby Clubs (VTQ) course, referred to as EFAWRC, is a ProTrainings CPD certified qualification designed to adhere to HSE guidelines. The focus of this course is on providing quality training to meet industry standards.

This course spans a minimum of 7 contact hours, to be completed over a single day, with certification valid for a duration of 3 years. To maintain your certification, it is necessary to attend another EFAW 7-hour course for renewal. If preferred, the course can be split into two sessions, to be completed in a maximum of four weeks.

EFAWRC is tailored for a broad spectrum of individuals within the rugby community, encompassing coaches, players, supporters, and those actively engaged in the sport.
